Responsibilities [About the Role]
We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch language expert to train, evaluate, and enhance advanced AI language models. You will help improve AI performance in Dutch comprehension, writing, translation, and reasoning.
[What You’ll Do] – Core Responsibilities
• Evaluate AI-generated Dutch text for grammar, fluency, clarity, and cultural accuracy.
• Create and review Dutch-language tasks.
• Identify linguistic and logical issues.
• Produce polished reference answers and rubrics.
• Annotate Dutch text for structure and meaning.
• Generate high-quality Dutch content.
• Provide detailed feedback to refine model outputs.
Qualifications • Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch.
• Fluent written English (C1+).
• Bachelor’s degree in Dutch Studies, Linguistics, Translation, Education, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience in translation (NL ↔ EN), editing, teaching, localization, or content creation.
• Strong detail orientation and analytical skills.
