??Transcribe audio clips in Mandarin and English with minimal to no revisions.
??Segment spoken content into clearly defined components.
??Identify and label speakers appropriately within each audio clip.
??Transcribe all relevant audio content in the required language(s).
??Communicate proactively with project managers about challenges or questions.
??Meet key deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.
Qualifications [Qualifications]
??Malaysian candidates or those familiar with Malaysian accents, fluent in English and Mandarin (Simplified Chinese).
??Strong listening and comprehension skills, including various accents and background noise.
??Professional, responsive attitude with willingness to ask clarifying questions.
??Access to a laptop or desktop with stable internet connection.
??High attention to detail and reliability in spelling, labeling, and audio segmentation.
??Efficient time management with strong focus and patience for detailed work.
??Bonus: experience with transcription tools or data annotation projects, especially in linguistics.
